This nutrient-packed smoothie by Lee Holmes is designed to support your recovery journey. Combining hydrating coconut water, fresh fruits, and powerful supplements, it provides a refreshing and health-boosting drink. The blend of vitamins, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory ingredients aims to help you regain energy and wellness. INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut water  
2 celery stalks  
½ apple  
½ cucumber  
Handful of kale  
1 scoop NAC powder  
1 tbsp Golden Gut Blend or Love Your Gut powder  
1 tsp vitamin C powder  
⅛ tsp ginger (optional)  
1 quercetin tablet  
1-2 ice cubes  
½ cup frozen mango  
¼ cup blueberries  
Handful of rocket  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
