Ever since she bought US$45 million shares of Weight Watchers in October 2015, her commitment to shedding those unwanted kilos has been unsurpassed.

The media mogul has kept followers in touch with her journey – earning ‘fit points’ on her morning hike as well as sharing images of healthy food.

Oprah’s new eating and exercise plan even allows her to indulge in her love of bread.

Now the 62-year-old has taken to Instagram to show off the stunning results with the man who has been by her side through every step for almost 30 years – Stedman Graham.

Posing up before heading to the star-studded Valentine’s Day wedding of Jimmy Iovine and Liberty Ross, Oprah looked stunning in a form-fitting red dress that flaunted her near 14kg weight loss.

“I have learned that weight can affect more than just our physical being, it takes on all kinds of different meaning in our lives,” she says.

A notorious yo-yo dieter over the years, Oprah is also turning to her long-time meditation guru Deepak Chopra to keep her on track.

Oprah and Deepak have teamed up to hold a free 21-day online fitness-inspired program that starts on March 21, 2016. Registration for Shedding the Weight: Mind, Body and Spirit is open from February 18.

“This meditation will help us recognise what we are hungry for and help us move down the path to harmony within ourselves,” says Oprah.

According to Deepak, just 10 to 15 minutes of meditation a day can work wonders for weight-loss when combined with a largely organic diet.
