During this time, when travel , lifestyle and work are being affected by the Coronavirus and social distancing means we are being kept isolated from the rest of the world, it is important to remain positive. Here are some ways we can take advantage of these isolating times.

Spending less time commuting to work and other commitments means more time to spend with family at home. It is a time to remind us of the importance of our community and family. Take the time to listen and share thoughts, worries, hopes.
