Venue manager Tony Yang has drawn on his own cultural experiences and memories when crafting the new drinks menu, aiming to blend flavours of nostalgia with a contemporary twist. For those who aren't Sydney-side, or just want a delicious drink that works as well in bar as it does backyard BBQ, this recipe for Vinabar's Vietnamese Iced Coffee Martini (aka the Ca Phe Martini) is an excellent option! INGREDIENTS 30 ml Eristoff vodka30 ml Tia Maria60 ml G7 Vietnamese coffee15 ml sugar5 ml condensed milk (to line the glass)Pocky stick (to garnish) INSTRUCTIONS Add 5 ml of condensed milk at the bottom of the coupe glass. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice). Add ice and shake again. Double strain into glass and serve with Pocky used for mixing the condensed milk through the drink for the ultimate Summer cocktail.
