Raw Chocolate Mudshake Recipe That’s Truly Healthy For You

Chocolate for breakfast anyone? Yes please.This super food chocolate mudshake will satisfy even the strongest of sweet tooth. High in magnesium, potassium, Vitamin C and Vitamin E to nourish your skin, immune system and promote muscle repair, this raw smoothie will rock your world any time of the day completely guilt free. 

Serves one as a breakfast/light lunch alternative, or 2 as a snack.

INGREDIENTS
2 ripe organic bananas
1/2 ripe avocado
2tsp organic coconut nectar or honey
1/4 cup organic almond milk (more if consistency is too thick)
2 heaped TBS organic raw cacao powder
Organic cacao nibs to top

METHOD
Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick and top with a pinch of extra cacao powder and nibs.
