Leave for ½ an hour until the chia seeds have fully absorbed all the almond milk. <strong>2</strong> Grate the apples or pears and mix with some of the lemon juice to prevent it from browning. <strong>3</strong> Mix the sultanas, cinnamon and grated apple/pear with the chia seeds. <strong>4</strong> Place into bowls and sprinkle with caramelised walnuts and extra cinnamon. <a href="https://womenlove.health/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/bakery-book.jpg"><img class="aligncenter wp-image-34122" src="https://womenlove.health/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/bakery-book.jpg" alt="bakery-book" width="262" height="348"></a> <span style="color: #000000;">Recipes and images from </span><em style="color: #000000;">The Unbakery </em><span style="color: #000000;">by Megan May (Murdoch Books) available in all good bookstores and online.</span>
