INGREDIENTS 1 x cup of organic tea of your choice, brewed or steeped and allowed to cool 1 x banana½ cup frozen mixed berries1 cup fresh or frozen spinach¼ cup oats1 tablespoon of chia seeds1 cup soy milkAdd water to thin to preferred consistency DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined.
