Australian Golden Girl Stephanie Rice Shares Her Top Beauty and Health Tips
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Three-time Olympic gold medallist Stephanie Rice continues to inspire Australians not just through her incredible achievements in the pool, but through her dedication to wellness, personal growth, and living life intentionally.

Now living in Dubai with her husband, pastor and father-of-three Mark Lassey, Stephanie has shifted her focus from competitive swimming to health, mindfulness, mentoring, and brand partnerships. Her journey shows that reinvention is possible at any stage of life — and that wellness is about balance, consistency, and self-care.

Stephanie’s Go-To Health Essentials

“As someone who trains regularly and keeps my beauty routine simple, hydration and clean skin are a must,” Stephanie says. “I love Skin Regenerator cream, made from seaweed — it keeps my face feeling fresh and nourished. Every morning, I start my day with half a lemon in hot water, a teaspoon of coconut oil, and two Saffronia tablets to support mental and emotional balance.”

Fitness and Movement

Stephanie keeps her body strong and energised with 5–6 workouts a week, blending bodyweight exercises and weights. Her sessions are usually 20–30 minutes long, and she emphasises the importance of listening to your body.

“I try to be intuitive with my exercise — some days I need strength work, other days mobility or stretching. It’s about consistency and making movement enjoyable, not punishing.”

Goal-Setting Wisdom

Stephanie is passionate about helping others set achievable goals. Her own approach inspired her “Magical Mentoring Program”, designed to help people break big ambitions into small, actionable steps.

“Most people fail at goal-setting because they aim too far into the future,” she explains. “Focus on small, daily wins — if done consistently, they add up to major success.”

Life Lessons

“The best advice I’ve ever received? Focus on yourself and learn from every experience. Life will test you, but every challenge is an opportunity to grow.”
